Elizabeth Hartz Interior Design is a Interior Design Firm focusing on residential design projects. We are committed to providing select clients with complete design services from overseeing renovation and construction to the design and installation of window treatments, furniture, art and accessories. We specialize in eclectic interiors mixing antiques with contemporary pieces; a look Elizabeth grew to love during her time at MAC II in New York City. Service is strictly personal; we devote all our time to satisfying client's needs.
After graduating cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Va Tech, Elizabeth attended New York School of Interior Design in New York City and received her certificate of interior design degree in 1996. She was forturnate to work for Cooper Robertson and Partners assisting Jaque Robertson, former dean of architecture at UVA, while attending design school. From 1996 - 1999 she worked for the award winning design firm for Mac II, it is there she honed her eye under the direction of Mica Ertegun. Elizabeth worked in Virginia Beach with Stacey Briguera from 2000 - 2007 where she learned to translate her New York design experience to the Virginia market, where she is now based.
